Terms of service

WPISTIC AI provides business, website, SEO, performance, conversion, and automation guidance. Free answers are generated by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Verify anything you intend to act on.

What we do not promise.

• We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
• We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. Results depend on execution, market, budget, and factors outside our control.
• Paid agent reports are strategic consultation and planning documents. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or medical advice, and they are not implementation work.
• Automated reviews of a website read publicly available HTML. Unless a report explicitly cites a measurement tool, its findings are an informed review, not measured data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for any decision you take based on our output. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a paid report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.

Do not submit passwords, payment card details, health information, or any other sensitive data through the chat or intake forms.

Delivery policy

• Delivery times are stated on each agent card — 24 hours, 24–48 hours, or 48–72 hours depending on the product.
• The clock starts when both conditions are met: payment has been confirmed by Stripe, and your intake answers are complete.
• Reports are delivered by email to the address used at checkout, and are also shown on your order status page.
• If we need more information to do the work properly, we will email you. The delivery window pauses until you reply.
• If we cannot deliver within the stated window, we will tell you before it expires and you may take a full refund.

Refund policy

• Before work starts. Full refund, no questions asked, at any time before we begin your report.
• Missed delivery window. Full refund if we miss the stated delivery time and you no longer want the report.
• After delivery. If the report does not cover what the agent card said it would, tell us within 7 days and we will either revise it or refund you.
• We do not refund because a recommendation did not produce a particular business result — outcomes depend on execution and factors we do not control.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Privacy

What we collect.

• Messages you send to the assistant, and the intent we classify them as.
• Your email, name, website URL, and the intake answers you submit.
• Order and payment status records.
• URLs you submit for review, and the review results.

How it is handled.

• Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 in Cloudflare's network. Chat inference runs on Cloudflare Workers AI.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we store only the Stripe session reference.
• Transactional email is sent through our email provider.
• We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors above.

Your choices. Ask us to export or delete your data at any time using the contact address below. Chat history, saved reviews, and your order list are also stored locally in your browser — clearing site data removes them from this device.

Affiliate disclosure. Some outbound links, including hosting recommendations, are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate status never changes what we recommend.
